In May of 2003, Scott created the Crosbie Real Estate Group, Inc. (CREG). Initially, the company consisted of Scott and one other broker whose nick name soon became "the group." From the beginning Scott was determined to create a performance based company that was different than all of the other brokerage companies in the market. Scott's vision, which is now a reality, was to create a team atmosphere in which the brokers work together by sharing market knowledge and industry information. The ultimate goal of that team is to create the best client relationship possible and earn clients trust and loyalty. From the onset, CREG established an impressive client list that Scott had cultivated. Scott has also created several strategic alliances with many of the most influential real estate minds both nationally and in the Rocky Mountain region.

Scott began his career in retail real estate working with Goldberg Property Associates (GPA) in 1996. He specialized in landlord representation leasing both existing shopping centers and new developments. Scott learned a tremendous amount about the landlord's and developer's side of a transaction. This foundation allowed him to be retained by both national and regional clients such as Wal-Mart, Wendy's International, Peaberry Coffee, Papa Murphy's Pizza and American National Insurance Company. In 1998 Scott was invited to work on GPA's defining account, Wal-Mart. Due to his performance and growing relationship with the account he was named Vice President of Goldberg Property Associates in 2000. In total Scott remained with the company for just over 8 years.
